What we do, and how we do it

We carry out a range of activities as part of our duty to ensure that the authorities and organisations responsible for arranging and delivering health and social care are aware of service users’ views, experiences and needs.
""

To do this we visit facilities, carry out surveys and write reports on what we find. As an independent organisation funded by public money, we also have an obligation to ensure that we account for what we do through publishing our policies and procedures, financial records and decision-making processes.

From this page, the links below will take you to the various reports and records we have published.
