It starts with you - Tell us what you think...
Have you ever been to a hospital ward, or a surgery, or a pharmacy or an optician's store? Did you enjoy the experience? Or was it dreadful?
We want to know what YOU think about your experience. Whether you want to tell us about a bad experience or offer a compliment about a good experience, IT STARTS WITH YOU! Please Tell Us What You Think...
If you have concerns about the way in which someone you know is being looked after, whether in a care or nursing home, or in a NHS facility, or even in their own home, you can raise them with Havering's Council's Adult Safeguarding Team. Click here to go to Havering Council's Safeguarding Adults webpage for more information.
You can also report concerns directly to the CQC. See below If you want to complain about an NHS service, please go to Complaining about an NHS service, below
Tell us what you think...
You can complete a Tell Us What You Think form online. There is no need to give us contact details but it will make it easier for us to deal with your form if you do.
When you have completed the form, you can email it to enquiries@healthwatchhavering.co.uk , or post or drop it to us at Queen's Court, 9-17 Eastern Road, Romford RM1 3NG
You can also have a pad of reply-paid forms for completion whenever you want to tell us what you think about a facility; just contact us as above, or by phone on 01708 303300, and we'll send you some. We can even supply you with a display stand/dispenser if you know somewhere, such as a reception desk, from which they can be distributed...
