Transforming urgent and emergency care

03/01/2017

Last year, Healthwatch Havering joined our neighbouring Healthwatch organisaations, Barking & Dagenham and Redbridge, in carrying out a survey of users of urgent and emergency care services. This work was commissioned by the Barking & Dagenham, Havering and Redbridge Clinical Comissioning Groups as part of their major review of urgent and emergency care in the three boroughs.

The CCGs have now published a report (including a short, informative film) about the survey and associated work - click here to see the film and the associated news.
