Accessing reports by Healthwatch Havering and others


The Patient Experience Library (PEL) is an online resource that brings together a wide range of official and semi-official reports from various government and NHS agencies, charities, QUANGOS and Healthwatch, both national and local.

Most of our Enter & View reports are available through it.

Although it is a subscription service, one-off views of reports are free. You can access their database of reports by clicking here; entries are arranged by month, and then alphabetically. If you go, for example, to May 2016, you'll see there five of our E&V reports: Queen's Ophthalmology and Tropical Bay/Lagoon, Rosewood, The Willows and Turner Ward at Goodmayes. There are also many other reports there.

Our office is generally open between 9.30am and 4pm, Monday to Thursday; at other times, emails and telephone calls are monitored and will be responded to (but not necessarily immediately). We are only able to see people by prior appointment.
