We carried out an Enter and View visit to the St George's Health and Wellbeing Hub in April 2025.

From December 2023 and throughout 2024, Healthwatch Havering carried out a series of Enter and View visits to the Accident and Emergency (A&E) Services at Queen's Hospital, Romford.

As part of our plan to visit pharmacies in the borough, we have visited the two Boots branches in Romford Town Centre, in The Brewery and The Liberty shopping precincts.

We regularly send emails to our Friends Network to keep people updated about changes to local health and social care services and facilities, and to pass on other information and news.

Our policies and procedures set out how we carry out our activities. These policies describe how we arrange, carry out and report on our Enter &View visits to health and social care facilities.

Transport for London have proposed a new bus route, running from Gants Hill, Ilford, to Ferry Lane, Rainham, running via Romford Town Centre.

We are proposing an alternative route for part of this new service.

We are funded by the government through Havering Council, but operate completely independently of both.
