I wrote to you about my patient experience and requesting a diagnostic and treatment centre be established in the London Borough of Havering. I have since received mail from the Regional CCG informing me that my suggestion has been accepted and Reasonable Adjustments made in collaboration with Specsavers and others in Havering.
