Urgent Treatment Centre at Harold Wood Polyclinic - Enter & View visit

We carried out an Enter and View visit to the Urgent Treatment Centre (UTC) at Harold Wood Polyclinic in December 2023.

This report sets out the findings of our team during the visit, and the conclusions and recommendations they came to. We have had a positive response from PELC, the providers of the UTC.
