Meetings of the Management Board are open to public attendance, except where it is necessary to consider confidential matters. Meetings are generally held at Havering Town Hall, Main Road, Romford RM1 3BD, quarterly in March, June, September and December but during the period of the Covid-19 pandemic, will be held using Zoom video conferencing.
The agenda for each meeting will be posted here about a week before it is held. The minutes of that meeting will be posted in the relevant year's list of Decisions of the Management Board.
The first meeting of 2021 is due on 15 April (postponed from 23 March). Other meetings will be held on 29 June, 28 September and 7 December.
