Meetings of the Management Board - agenda
Meetings of the Management Board are open to public attendance, except where it is necessary to consider confidential matters. Meetings are generally held at Havering Town Hall, Main Road, Romford RM1 3BD, quarterly in March, June, September and December but during the period of the Covid-19 pandemic, will be held using Zoom video conferencing.
The agenda for each meeting will be posted here about a week before it is held. The minutes of that meeting will be posted in the relevant year's list of Decisions of the Management Board.
The remaining meeting in 2020 is due on 10 December (the meeting due on 22 September did not take place).
If there is no link to a document below, the agenda has not yet been published, or the meeting has taken place and its minutes are available at "Decisions of the Management Board" for the relevant year.

Our Annual Accounts for each year are approved by Healthwatch Havering members at our statutory Annual General Meeting, which is usually held in June. Each year's approved accounts are available below. The accounts for 2017/18 were approved at the AGM on 26 June 2018.
A summary of expenditure for the most recent full month is also available. This statement is updated at the beginning of the current month.

Legislation governing Healthwatch Havering and our activities
Although most of our activities are undertaken by our volunteer members, Healthwatch Havering - as are all local Healthwatch organisations across England - exercises statutory powers conferred by the Local Government and Public Involvement in Health Act 2007, as amended by the Health and Social Care Act 2012, together with a number of regulations and orders made under those Acts through secondary legislation.
In addition, as a company limited by guarantee, Healthwatch Havering is governed by the Companies Acts and their secondary legislation.
All Acts of Parliament and secondary legislation can be viewed at http://www.legislation.gov.uk/.
